File Download problems

I am a member of a graphics web site. Her files are in .psp format (Paint
Shop Pro) and until yesterday, I could click on the image and get the File
Download popup box asking me where to save the image. Now, they
automatically save to my temporary internet folder.

She has a no-right click script and the IE image toolbar disabled. My guess
is because the images are for sample only and they link to the .psp file of
that .gif/.jpg for us to download and create other graphics with.

Anyway, I can't figure out how to fix this so that I can choose where to
save. I thought I could deal with it by going to My Computer >Toos > Folder
Options > File Extensions and changing the .psp extension to open with Paint
Shop Pro. Instead, PSP can't open this file because "it cannot find the
temporary folder it says it's downloading to.

I am going nuts. I have searched for this problem on the 'net to no avail.
I have posted my problem anywhere I can, hoping to find a solution. If
anyone has one PLEASE let me know. Any help will be appreciated!

WHy don't you send 'her' an email with this problem and ask for 'her'
recommendations.

I did send 'her' and email about this, but this is not 'her' problem, it's
mine. This happens on any site that offers a .psp extension download. I'm
sorry if posting my problem here is inconvenient, as my only other option
seems to reformat. I don't know about you, but reformatting is not fun for
me. And as it seems, everytime this problem arises, I will have to reformat
each time. Therefore, I was trying to find a solution for it.
