File download not working aft SP2

I just installed SP2 and I download a lot of genealogy
files from the internet. When I did this last I got a new
dialog box asking to 'open' or 'save' the file. I checked
the box 'do not show this box' again and then hit the
wrong button 'open'. now I can't save files, how do I get
this dialog box back to change it so I can save files I
download. I can't right click and save. I need to get the
dialog box back so I can use it correctly.

Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types/[File Type in
Question]/Advanced. Put a check in the box that reads: Confirm open after
download.

Enable Always Ask Before Opening... (Line 164)
