file copy from XP-PC to PDA

What is wrong?
I can synchronise my PDA with the PC.
I can copy files from the PDA to the PC,
BUT
I cannot copy files from the PC to the PDA.
No word, no excel, no music etc ....

When trying the PC shows a "not possible" symbol, when a
file is held over the PDS directories in the explorer.

Who can help me?
