Outlook on PDA and Desktop

Use Outlook 2003 on desktop, and Windows mobile 6.2 / Outlook mobile on PDA.
I have one email address, from which I send on the desktop. I want to be
able to send / receieve from this address on the PDA.
Is there any way that I can sync the two pst files, without copying the pst
betweeen the machines.
