File conversion?

Hi, I have a Kodak camere which takes 30 second movies.
File extension is .mov
I would like to use the clip in the Movie Maker which uses the .avi file
extension.
Is there any way that I can convert the .mov file to an .avi file?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

use a file conversion program. There are several. Do a search on google for
"convert .mov .avi" and choose what meets your needs.
