file changing

My recycle bin icons keep changing positions every so often. Then I have to
click on icons the click on date deleted to get it back to where I want it.
How can I stop it from changing?

right click on your dektop point to arrange icons by
and in the drop down list clear the tick beside the
auto arrange and thats it you can place your icons anywhere you want now
satisfied.
