File attachments

I am trying to send an email with two attachments - one is snapshot
file (164KB) and the other is a compressed zip file (11MB) when I hit
send. Outlook immediately responds "The operation failed" and gives me
no other suggestions. Are these files too large to be sent via outook?

Outlook doesn't hold a limitation but your ISP/mail admin might. Since you
didn't include any details about your setup; type of mail account and
Outlook version it is hard to help you with more specific information other
