File attachment problem

When one of our users inserts an attachment it puts a square icon into the
text section of the email instead of inserting the attachment into the
attachment line under Subject line.

I'm sure Outlook express does this but never seen it in outlook 2002. Any
idead on how to stop this happening?

Change your message format from Rich Text to HTML or Plain Text
