File atachment naming problem

I have a few users when they recieve file attachments that they have to save
and rename. They will recieve different types of office files it will have
something like "filename.ppt_; size=2057216; creation-date=_Tue, 26 May 2009
14_32_24 GMT_;_" they have to rename the file in order to view it. Anyone
have any idea about this???? some may get it normal and others get it this
way.

I'd say the problem is either one of two things. The first place I'd look is
at the sender side. I think there's a good chance the sender's attachment
process is casing the problem. The second place I'd look is at the
recipient's antivirus program. If it is configured to integrate with Outlook
and scan incoming mail, that's a source of many reception problems. Have them
uninstall the AV program and reinstall without any mail scanning. The PC will
still be just as protected.
