File and Settings Transfer Wizard issue

I did a clean install from to upgrade from ME to XP Home. I used File and
Settings Transfer Wizard twice on the machine (once standard, the other
custom) and saved to a CD.

Now, when I attempt to use either disc to transfer onto the upgraded XP (all
SP, etc. have been installed), it starts up (Transfer in Progress, "Please
wait while the wizard transfers files & settings", "Organizing Your files and
settings for transfer"), but then asks me to "Please insert Disk 2". There
is no disk 2 - when I did the original FAST wizard, it was only onto one CD.

The CD only contains one file (USMT2IMG.dat) with a size of 633,518 KB.

Any suggestions?
