File and Printer sharing

I am attempting to set up a "file and printer sharing" network using Windows
2000 and Windows ME. I am able to set up a Workgroup called "Mshome" and the
Windows ME machine is listed under this workgroup when browsing from the
Windows ME machine. However, the Windows 2000 machine can't see itself or
the ME machine when clicking on the "Mshome" workgroup on My Network Places.

Previous help told me to right click on a drive in Windows 2000 and click
"Sharing". This option isn't there when I try it though. Is there a
download that I missed on my installation of Windows 2000 that will allow
this, or does anyone have a reason why I can't enable "file and print
sharing" from Windows 2000?

go to the network connection properties and check if the File and Printer
Sharing for Microsoft Networks is installed.

Actually, I'm not seeing it as installed. Is there a download available or
do I need my original disk? Shouldn't it be part of the regular installation?
