FIies stored on this computer

When I open my computer, I am missing the section "files stored on this
computer" there is no shared docs folder or my user docs folder. I have
checked regedit and it appears that the DocFolderPAths is correct. I have
downloaded Twaek and the folders section was checked. I ran across a few
things that pointed to the desktop.ini file - I did a search and found on my
computer - one in C:|WINNT and one in C:\WINNT\system32 and 2 in program
files relating to Office. If I open the ones in WINNT they are blank and
from reading it appears that this is not to be????

Additionally, my Control panel icon and my Printers and Faxes Icon have
changed from their normal icons to yellow folders appearing in the start menu
or from other menus they are that generic text icon. How do I change these
back to normal?

Open My Computer. Click the View menu, and choose Arrange Icons by, Type.

What causes this and how can I fix it?

Have you enabled the "Files stored on this computer" check box in Tweak UI?
