Figured out Camera problems

The problem I was having was my daughter could see and hear me, yet I could
hear them but not see them. The problem is a bunch os msmsgs that appear
under properties for the Internet connection. Once I erase them I can use
the camera again. How do I keep these messages from appearing all the time.
This is the third time in two weeks Ive had to delete them. Help. Thanks..

Greetings Mark,

The 'msmsgs' entries should automatically remove if you close Windows Messenger down (by
right-clicking its icon and choose Exit) or shut down Windows (via Start, Turn off Computer).

How many do you manage to have in a 2-3 week period?
