Feedback Forms in FP 2002

What is the easiest way to create a Feedback Form ? It does not seem to work
..Do I need a CGI script? or can I use a webbot?

Do I need to create the text file in _private or is it created automatically
?

If you have server extension support use 'Insert | Form | Text Area' to put
a basic form in your page or choose from several options for creating your
form. Right click on each area and select 'form properties' or 'form field
properties' to edit. If you do not use the FP forms, check with your host to
see if they offer other options or scripts you can use.

FP creates the results automatically on your server.
