Access 2000. My database is split into fe, and be. I have 3 frontends on 3 computers networked together. One of these computers sahare the fe and the be. It's been working fine for over a year untill now. I e-mailed a blank database to the networked location with a new query and report for import. The new query and report was imported to the frontends. After this the front ends from the networked locations failed to open. I get an error of not having permissions or the database is opened exclusively. Just by luck I corrected this problem by simply moving the be to another location. This worked. But now I have e-mailed another query and report for import. The exact same thing happened again. Dont have permissions or opened exclusively. Any ideas as to why this is happening?. Thanks for any replies.
