fddrive error

hi all,
can someone help me with my fddrive. my board cannot detect it. may i ask if
there are different types of fdd slots because i noticed that my board has
less no of pins (hope u understand) as compared with other motherboards. or
is it the cable that causes the problem. please help!

You may have an IDE attached floppy drive. I would strongly suggest that
you determine what kind of drive you have and read the manufacturers
documentation for it.
