"FC POP" running - what is it?

Hi.

when I'm surfing I now notice a title bar in the
botom called FC POP. When I click on it nothing happens.
Sometimes I get 3 or 4 of them as if I have been starting
an application or something, but there doesn't seem to be
anything going on that I am aware of. I have to close
them all each time I see them. Ity's definately related
to my exporer version 6. I have SP1 installed. Any idea
what this is and how I can stop it?
