How do u send a fax using the Windows XP Fax Console and a DSL Internet

I see that the HP-5510 has a built-in fax modem. So I suspect you have
a phone line plugged in to that, and that's what's being used to send
faxes. Your DSL line is connected to the networking port on your
computer. It's being used for your Internet connection, but not to
send faxes.
The alternative would be a web-based system that receives data from
you in some format, and sends it out as a fax.
