Faxing Word doc

I have set up a PC to send faxes ... usually documents created in Word 2002
.... via the XP fax program ... The documents are received OK but I am told
they seem to have shrunk ... in that the fonts are about half the size that
was originally created. I cannot see any setting in the Fax consul that
would be causing this. Could there be some configuration in Word that needs
to be altered? Is there a fee alternative for the fax program that comes
with Win XP?

Fax is a Windows application and nothing really to do with Word

Ensure that when you print to the fax driver the page setup in the print
dialog does not have a scaling option set and that the paper size in the
driver properties matches your document.

Thank you ... scaling option was what I was trying to think of. I will check
out page setup and see what is showing and hopefully there is the option to
change the scaling.
