Faxing with outlook

Is there a way to create a fax document to a contact in my
contact group and then either print it to a printer, or
better yet, to my internet fax? Right now, with ACT, I
have created a template that allows me to create a
document with the name and fax number of the contact that
is showing up on my screen. I'd like to do the same thing
with outlook.

I have Outlook 2000 and my fax software is fax launcher
pro from Netmoves.

Third party software is not usually covered in these groups unless someone
happens by who is familiar with it. I've never heard of this program. Surely
they offer support for their product.

I am less concerned about printing to the internet fax
software. What I would like to know if how can I build a
fax template that will change with the contact of my
choosing from the contacts section of outlook 2000.

If I understand you correctly, this sounds like a job for a merge document.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
