Faxing from Win XP Pro to Win 2K Pro

What needs to be done so that I may send a fax from my Win XP Pro computer using the fax/modem on my Win 2K Pro computer

My home network is consist of a cable modem providing broadband internet access and a router connecting all the PCs

The Fax Service cannot be shared in either Windows XP or Windows 2K.

Fax requires use of a dialup modem.. why would you want to send a fax over a
network?
