fax won't work after CD burner drive failed as "sent" folder location

fax console won't work after the CD drive I used for
sent/received folder storage failed. Replaced drive un/re-
installed fax driver & current on XP updates. PC maker
says its a software problems.

Please advise
 
I have the same problem. I have tried everything to
restore the fax service, but no successful yet. HELP!
