Fax send failure

When I try to send a fax I get a message saying:
"Fax server information cannot be retrieved. Wizard will close."

I can receive OK.

What's causing this, and how can I fix it.

I'm using.Windows XP ver 2002 Service pack 2.

Thanks, Joe. That fixed it!

Here's what I did:

1. click on add/remove programs category from the Control Panel
2. Click on Add/Remove Windows Components, at the left.
3. Unselect Fax services and click Next
4. When it completes, reboot.

Then insert the Windows XP SP2 installation CD, go to the root
directory,
and run Setup. Select Add/Remove Windows Components, and check the Fax
Services box.
Complete the process, and reboot.

Then, try to send a fax. this will take you through the fax services
setup process, at the end of which
you can send a fax using the wizard.
