I need to find a fax program to install in my pc. I have
windows XP.

You already have one. Click Start, Help and Support. Type Fax in the
search bar and install the one that comes with XP.

I use something called Fax Machine from Nico Cuppen. It's
small, cheap and you need a scanner which allows you to
send photos, sketches, hand written docs, etc.
