Fax nos in contacts

How can I stop Outlook trying to select contacts fax entry for emails in the
Select Names dialog. I can one entry for email address and one for business
fax, but they both have identical names so I cant tell which is which

Do you fax from outlook? if not, add an I or other letter to the beginning
of the fax number.
