Contact list

We are using Outlook 2002. In the Contact list, is there a way to show what
is associated with a given name in the list instead of just multiple
identical names in the list?

Such as;
John Doe - Business
John Doe - Business Fax
John Doe - Email 1

Any help will be appreciated.....

What does "contact list" mean to you? Outlook doesn't have any construct
called a "contact list".
