Fax Monitor Startup

How can you change the timing of the program startup for
Fax Monitor? I would like to make it start after Windows
starts (if it isn't already that way) to see if I can
correct a problem with Norton Firewall.

Why not set Startup type of the Fax Service to manual then start it when you
want?
