fax management - address books - exchange/outlook

I have the sbs2000 install with shared fax sevices
When sending a fax the contacts from the wizard is not the contacts in outlook
the address books are not the same, and if and when i can get them in how do
you set the default system wide.
 
You can change the system-wide default address book via Control Panel >
Internet Options > Programs dialog. Change Contact List & E-mail to
Microsoft Outlook. Let us know if this doesn't solve your problem.
