FAX Mail Transport Service

Does anyone know if the "FAX Mail Transport Service" is available on Windows
Vista; and if so, how to implement it. I had it working on my XP machine;
but it's been warranty replaced with my new Vista System, and I still need
FAX capability. I don't want to have to buy anything if possible because I'm
retired and living on a fixed income.

Fax and Scan is available in Vista Business and Ultimate editions, it is not
available in any of the Vista Home editions. If you have a Vista Home
version, the only Fax option is a third party product. These products work
under Vista:

Snappy Fax

RKSFax

VentaFax
http://www.ventafax.com/
FaxTalk FaxCenter Pro 7.5

I've seen reports that the free version of BVRP works with Vista also:

BVRP PhoneTools

Since the above comes bundled with new USR modems, I don't know if it will
work with non-USR modems.
