Fax from Home Premium?

I read in a magazine that there was program/utility that would give Vista
Home Premium to fax functionality of Vista Business and Ultimate. Can
anyone give me information on this?

Fax and Scan is only in Vista Business, Enterprise and Ultimate.

If you want fax capability, look at Snappy Fax.. reports are that it works
well. You will also require an analogue modem, of course..

I know that. This download is supposed to let you use the feature with Home
Premium. I can't find the magazine that had the article though.
