Fax Cover page Wizard

The Icon for this has vanished from the desktop! Can anyone tell me the
program name for the Fax wizard which allows a coverpage to be sent on its
own. This is for Win2000 with updates. If anyone can send the answer to
(e-mail address removed) , it would be fantastic!!

The program which creates a cover page is called FaxCover.exe. FaxSend.exe
is the Fax Sender. I thought that if you wanted to send a cover page alone
you would just use FaxSend but not write any message. Doesn't that work?
I've not sent faxes to anyone since I've had Win2000.
