Fax Cover can't show e-mail address

Hi,

the Windows XP Fax installer asked me for my e-mail address to be
includes on fax covers. The address is correctly stored - but the fax
cover editor does not show any field "e-mail", so it can not be put on a
fax cover.

Is there any workaround to this nasty fax editor?

Other errors I have found:

- insertig a Picture (copy+paste) shows it higher on print and fax than
on the construction screen
- transmission speed is low (though the modem could do it faster, but
windows does not know)
- no auto-Adressing of a fax from within Word or so, like other fax
programs do, but always this fax wizard comes up and wants to have a
name (not needed without a cover), an area number and a number in three
different fields (copy+paste will fill only one field...)

So how can I put the e-mail address on the cover (of course, a manually
filled text box is one work around...)

Ciao, Tom

Well, first I'll sort this TOFU...
Why can't you just put it on a custom cover page?

So you see the answer: There is no menu to include it, and I don't know
how to include it without a menu, and I want to include it as a field,
not as fixed text.
Maybe this is just a failure in the German version - can you insert an
e-mail field?

I would never expect Windows XP Fax to have such feature. It is a basic fax
module for a single standalone user whose fax number does not change from
one message to the next. Adding it as text is all its users would require.
