FAX Console and Monitor

FAX Console and Monitor - When I send or receive a fax the monitor no longer comes up automatically. When I bring up the FAX Console I no longer can see the faxes the incoming, inbox, outbox or sent items.
The FAX Console status bar indicates a refreshing is going on but then comes back with a message of ‘all fax printers are inaccessible’. The item count remains at zero. Using Window Explorer I can see all of the faxes in the two archive folders. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall to solve this problem but to no avail. Thanks to anyone who knows how to fix this problem
