FAX and Word Object.

Hi,
I need to send a FAX in my application.
It appears that the FAX.send method is only happy if it is sending a Word
document.
The Word object used to be available through Microsoft.Office.core but it is
no longer there.
So...
Given that my app will be running as a service on a Win2k Server that does
not have Office installed can I generate a FAX?
If so how?
