Fax and Picture viewer can not view certain emf file.

The following emf file does not seem to be seen correctly with
Picture
and Fax viewer in Windows XP (http://hongyver.pe.kr/emfbug.emf),
though
I can see the whole page on the other emf viewer (e.g. http://
www.swiftview.com/).
So, I think that GDI is something wrong about Windows Picture and Fax
viewer.

Is there any infomation or bug report?

Something is screwed up with your file, emfbug.emf. I pasted it into MS
Word and it was just as screwed up as it was in Windows Picture and Fax
Viewer.
