Hi, I am new to computers and new to Vista, I really have no idea so excuse
the ignorance of this question; I would like to organise my "favourites"
list and on windows XP there is a tab labelled organise favourites. Vista
does not appear to have this so how do I organise my favourites list?

thank you

It is there in IE7; but you have to look!

Open IE7, click on "Tools" in the right-hand top corner> then click "Menu
Bar".
You now have the old file, edit view, favs, etc Toolbar.

Click on "favourites">Organise.

Cheers!

Click on the +Star next to the star on the left side of your menu. The
bottom item is organise favourites

thanks, what is IE7?

What you are referring to is not a function of your OS, it's a function of
your browser. Vista includes the Internet Explorer version 7 browser. When
you click on Favorites you should see Organize as the 3rd one down.

Heh. It's Internet Explorer 7. It is the 'web browser' program that is
default in Windows Vista, and the one that it appears that you are asking
about.
