Favorites

Hi, After a bad transfer from my old hdrive to the new
one, I had to reinstall I.E.. I can't log on to the old
hdrive. Is there some way to recover my old favorites
list?

If you can use a tool which allows you to boot up to a command prompt on the
old drive (ie. http://www.ntfs.com/boot-disk.htm). Just copy the contents
of C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\favorites to a blank floppy, then
restore the files to the appropriate folder on your new system.
