I use MSN Premium with DSL, and my question is this.
When I travel I use a Laptop and need to use a dialup ISP to get on the net
because there are still spots that have no WiFi. Is there anyway to get into
my Favorites from my MSN account.

Not unless you're using a dial-up number given to you by your ISP.
