Favorites - "needs to close" after click em Favorites menu

Hi All,

I need your help....

When I Click in favorites (menu bar) the following message appears:
"INTERNET EXPLORER HAS ENCOUTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE. WE ARE SORRY
FOR THE INCONVENIENCE"

The data this error report is: "AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer:
6.0.2900.2180 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0264067a"

The strange is: when I look in "C:\Documents and Settings\<my name> \
favorites is there all my bookmarks..

Please HELP ME
