Favorites Menu not working

I added the "Favorites" menu to the "Start" button on XP and it does not
work. My Favorites only work when accessed from I.E.
Any Suggestions?

Rob, go to C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name Folder\Left Click on
Favorites Folder hold and drag to Start
Button. That should work.

The item does not cascade? or nothing happens when you click on a URL?
