Favorites list missing some items - ?

(Sorry if this is a duplicate, it never appeared in my server...)


A friend of mine is having problems with his Favorites list. The
drop-down list in IE6 is missing many of the folders that show up in
\docs & settings\username\favorites. The option box for "Enable
personalized favorites menu" is not checked. Any ideas? Thanks!
 
Did he take a look at the bottom of the list. Sometimes all the folders
don't go to the top.

Yep, nothing there, and no arrow to click to see hidden folders.
 
Did you try to reimport them from the folder where you found them?
