Favorites Link Does Not Use Last Internet Explorer Window Size

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 228567 doesn't
specifically reference MSIE 6, or WinXP, but does lightly
touch on the same problem i am having. unfortunately,
neither does it solve the problem longer than the current
windows IE session and is nothing more than how to "change
to/FROM" full-screen/kiosk mode (How to Configure Internet
Explorer 5 for Full Screen Mode: Microsoft Knowledge Base
Article - 197029). what i need it how to change the
default setting that windows opens EACH AND EVERY time i
open a browser window.
