Windows explorer

My windows explorer will not open, it starts but then I get a message saying
it is closing. Then it says that the problem was caused by Vista. I then get
the following message "To view details about how to fix this problem, click
the link under Technical information. This link will take you to a Microsoft
Support Knowledge Base (KB) article. Follow the steps in the article to fix
your computer problem."
But when I go to the Knowledge base I have no idea which steps to follow as
it doesn't tell me what the problem was in the first place.
Thanks.

Hi,

They share files, including history.

Also, take a look in the event viewer under the system and application logs
to see if there is additional details about the error itself.
