I want to display and print the addresses of Favorites in IE, rather than the name. How?

I downloaded copy url from www.moonsoftware.com, but do not know what to do now. I want to be able to print my favorites with the url. I have a browser hijacker problem and want to save my favorites before I reinstall windows. If you can help me with either of these problems, please respond.

Why CopyUrl? That is good but is for individual urls.
Download BookMark Wizard-Moon: http://www.moonsoftware.com/

You can still save your favorites for possible future use with
IE-File-Export.

Debbie,
To print Favorites, you want Bookmark Wizard from moonsoftware. CopyURL
does different things. Or you could export Favorites from IE> File>
Import/export. They could be stored on a floppy disk or other media.

But, you should not be reinstalling Windows or IE because of a hijack
problem. Please provide more information on the hijack situation.

My homepage keeps reverting to www.smart-finder.biz/1510/ and also will show the address www.nkvd.us/1510/ I have adaware which will catch it some of the time to preserve my homepage as what I change it to, but I am still unable to type any address in IE. It just goes back to the smart-finder page. I did click the bottom where it asks if you are having problems. but the directions to uninstall were too technical for me and I did not know if that would screw it up more. There is an uninstall button, but again I do not trust them. I called Dell and they said that if spybot or spyhunter or adaware did not solve the problem (which it has not), then I would have to reinstall Windows. I have saved everything else on CD, except favorites list and still need to back-up my checkbook. This has been so FRUSTRATING! My nephew used my computer to go to gaming sites and that is when it happened.

Debbie,
No reinstall necessary.

From Control Panel> Internet Options> Advanced> uncheck "Enable third party
browser extensions." That should allow IE to work.

You might also be able to browse and download programs from the address bar
of Windows Explorer.

Download and run Run CWShredder from
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html

Then download, install, *update* and run both of these programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items listed in red-others are
optional.)
Both programs should be updated after installation- before use.

If these programs don't remove the malware, HijackThis should be used to
post a log to the appropriate forum at one of these sites.

You should re-enable browser extensions after the cleanup.
