I can not order my favorites in alphabetical order. Right
click in favorites and sort by name only functions in
current sesion, but when close IE and launch it again,
all the favorites is a mess.

Sort favorites on-the-fly. (by Keith Miller)

If you want them to automatically alpha-sort even as new entries are added, you need a registry edit. Navigate to:

HKEY CURRENT USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Menu Order\Favorites

and delete the value named 'Order'. Also delete this value for any subfolders. Then, with the favorite key highlited, click on Edit > Permissions and deny 'Full Access' to Administrators, yourself, etc. This will prevent the key from being automatically recreated.
