Favorites Folder

Is there a way to "organize" my favorites folder? I want to change the order
in which the items appear.
 
To rearrange your shortcuts and folders, drag the appropriate shortcut or folder to the location on the menu where you want it to appear. The preference will be saved to the registry.

An alpha or numeric code placed at the beginning of the name of the
favourite can be sorted if the suggestion by Ramesh does not suit.
