Favorites File Folder

One of my favorites file folders was marked as hidden.

I went to the control panel........folder options....show
hidden file folders....this did not work....

The folder doesn't even appear transparent.

How do I get my folder to reappear again?

You change the attributes of the hidden folder so it is not hidden.
Change it in Windows Explorer where you can see it.
