Favorite folder

Hello, I am using MS Outlook 2003. In my Favorite folders (just above the
All Mail folders), I want to include one called Unread Items. I want it to
show only those that have not been read, or that I have marked as Unread.
At the moment I have a copy of my Inbox there, but that shows all mail,
including what I have read and not yet deleted. Thanks in advance!

Display the Folder List in the Navigation Pane, expand Search Folders,
right-click Unread Mail and choose Add to Favorites Folder.

Hi Brian, thanks for that - in my Search folders, it only shows Large Mail -
how do I add Unread Mail? Many thanks.

Right-click Search Folders and choose New Search Folder. The Unread Mail
search will be the default one.
