Favorite Folder will not hold

I set up a favorite folder. Close Outlook 2003. Immediately reopen Otlook.
Favorite foler that I set up is not in the Favorite section. Hhave to place
folder in Favorite section again. What am I doing wrong?
 
Did not resolve the problem. HELP!!!

Try resetting your Navigation Pane;
Start->Run; outlook.exe /resetnavpane
