In an earlier post, I asked how to make Favicon's. One
of the reponses led to me a web site...which had a
message board. On the message board, there was a post to
another web site...

Folks should also know that if they want a very good HTML editor
that they can get one for FREE at that site. No strings attached,
complete with validation.
